Damaged Bottle?

If your nasal irrigator bottle arrives damaged or defective, just let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us a quick photo of the issue at nasalflush@outlook.com, and we’ll send you a replacement. With no hassle, no extra cost.

Please Note:

  • We only accept returns or refunds for damaged bottles.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.

  • Refunds or replacements are only available for purchases made through our official store.
